You can schedule Commission Junction and Be Free accounts to automatically scan for expired creatives, text ad links, coupons, etc.

After logging in to the Affiliate Utility software application you will encounter a screen showing 3 options at the very top left of the application. Select the main category File and sub category options.

  You will then see the screen showing the interface as this screenshot:.

Select the Schedule Tab at the top of the Affiliate Utility Options area.
In this area you can schedule the frequency of the automated scans of your merchants accounts.

  In our example we show the settings as being as follows

The first box is the frequency of the automated scan activity. In this box you would enter a numerical value of how many hours, or days you want this setting.

The second box is the setting for hours or days of the scan frequency.

The third drop down menu is the selected account to associate with the schedule setting.

  After all the settings have been performed click the OK button.

Repeat this step for each account you want automated scans scheduled.
