About Affiliate Utility Software:

On the Mark, Inc., Dallas, Texas, USA, was established in 2003 to create and develop highly sophisticated utility software for unique internet business applications.

In 2004, On the Mark, Inc., acquired Compendium Software, a 16 year old company which designs custom HTML generators,  incorporating shopping carts for companies that utilize eBay, Yahoo Stores, Amazon Stores, and other smaller shopping cart solutions.

In early 2005, On the Mark, Inc., acquired ForCart.com which has been developing internal affiliate programs for companies to help decrease corporate expenditures.

In Beta, for over two years, On the Mark, Inc. is proud to release Affiliate Utility v3.x that will save affiliate businesses thousands of man hours per year.

Affiliate Utility was conceived and designed by Thomas Gross.  He has been using affiliate links and banners personally and for clients more than 6 years, and he is currently a database programmer for a Fortune 100 company.

Thomas always hated copying and pasting code, so he gathered a team together and created Affiliate Utility for general use.
